This workshop builds on prior training around racial inequity dialogue by helping participants explore the root causes of discomfort in these conversations. You’ll examine emotional responses, historical and current barriers to trust, unconscious bias, and the impact of racial power dynamics on everyday interactions—while gaining tools to challenge ingrained norms and foster more authentic, equitable engagement.
