Executive-Level Leadership: An Institute for Advanced Women Leaders in Higher Education

In this 3 day workshop, you will deepen your leadership capabilities as a strategic-level woman leader in higher education. Through the Five Paths to Leadership® Self-Assessment, you'll gain insights into your leadership style under both typical and stressful conditions, enhancing your self-awareness and adaptability. Engage in interactive sessions led by seasoned women executives, focusing on topics such as managing up, negotiation, pay equity, mentorship, budgeting, and leading through crisis. You'll also benefit from a one-on-one consultation with a program speaker to apply learning directly to your context. The program fosters a supportive network of peers, providing opportunities for meaningful connections and shared experiences. Optional executive coaching is available to further support your leadership journey. By the end of the workshop, you'll have developed a personalized action plan to navigate complex challenges and drive institutional success with confidence. This immersive experience is ideal for women in roles such as AVPs, VPs, deans, directors, provosts, and presidents seeking to elevate their leadership impact.

At the end of your experience, you can share your digital badge on LinkedIn and tag Academic Impressions. Or share it on other social media or in your email signature.
