Five Paths to Leadership® Self-Assessment Facilitation Certification Training

In this 2 day workshop or 5 week bootcamp, you will gain certification to facilitate the Five Paths to Leadership® Self-Assessment at your institution. You’ll learn to guide individuals and teams through a powerful framework that enhances self-awareness, communication, and collaboration by identifying how different leadership styles show up under normal and stress conditions. Through interactive training, you’ll develop the skills to interpret assessment results, lead meaningful discussions, and apply the model to improve team dynamics. The certification process includes hands-on facilitation practice and feedback to ensure you’re ready to implement this tool effectively. Designed for HR professionals, faculty developers, and student affairs staff, this training equips you to bring a common leadership language to your campus. Attending with a colleague is encouraged to support co-facilitation efforts. After certification, you’ll be authorized to use the assessment with individuals and groups for two years.
